1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange to another item, size or colour (stock availability applies).

2. To qualify for a full refund, simply complete the 'Product Return' form here within 3 days from date of receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48hours. Item(s) returned to us MUST BE received by us within the next 7 days from from the date of confirmation email.

3. Once we have received your return item(s) at our warehouse and upon inspection, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment (excluding shipping cost) within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

4. Once item(s) have been received for more than 3 days, you are only allowed to exchange your purchase. No refunds will be granted after the specified number of days. Simply complete the 'Product Return' form here within 7 days from date of receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48hours. Item(s) returned to us MUST BE received by us within the next 7 days from from the date of confirmation email. rereceireved by us within the next 7 days from the date of confirmation email.

5. When exchanging to a different item, if price of the new item is lower than the returned item, excess will be forfeited. However should the price exceed the value of the returned item, customer will have to make up the difference before new item can be shipped out.

6. In cases where there are more than ONE items returned, the total amount (excluding shipping) will be tabulated against the new total amount (excluding shipping). Same terms apply, if TOTAL amount of new items is lower than the TOTAL amount of returned items, excess will be forfeited. However should the TOTAL amount exceed the TOTAL value of the returned items, customer will have to make up the difference before new items can be shipped out.

7. Item(s) returned must be 1) in new condition (no signs of use), 2) in its original package (garment bag) & 3) garment tag still intact. PLEASE TAKE NOTE that ALL 3 criterias must be satisfied/present before you return the item(s) to us. Buttons Affair has the rights to reject exchange request should you fail to meet the above criterias.

8. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Shipping costs paid for returned item(s) are NOT refundable.

9. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
